Due to the nature of our products, we have a firm no refunds policy. You can view that policy here. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase or need help, please Contact Us and we will do everything we can resolve your issue.

We do not ship anything physically as all of our products are digital. You are able to download E-Books, Business Bundles and Course purchases immediately after checkout. A copy will also be automatically emailed to you for download as well to the email address provided at checkout.

For Prebuilt Businesses - there is a 5 to 7 business day turnaround time (not including weekends or holidays). That time frame also varies during high order periods. After purchase, you will be emailed an estimated completion date 24-48 hours after purchase.

As for vendor shipping times (vendors connected to your Prebuilt Business) your customers will receive their items in 4 to 12 business days. We recommend contacting your vendor to make sure this time frame is accurate.

Your store will be delivered to you with further instructions using the email you provided at checkout.

All of our Prebuilt Businesses are created brand new. We do not revamp or work with any stores you, or anyone else, have previously created.

Once your store has been completed, we will send you an email containing a link that will walk you through creating a new Shopify account. Once you have created that account, we will transfer full ownership of your store to you.

The only fees you will be required to pay after purchasing (upon delivery) are:

  • Shopify subscription ($39/month)
  • Supplier shipping prices (if any)
  • Marketing budget (the amount you choose to spend marketing your store daily, monthly, etc)

Not at all. All of our Prebuilt Businesses are beginner friendly and allow you to learn at your own pace. We provide resources with delivery of your Prebuilt business to help you learn to run, market and have a successful store. You just need to be willing to learn. You can run your store on the go, on weekends or after work on weekdays. It's your business that you run on your own schedule.

Many of customers are beginners who have been able to make anywhere from 1K to 3K per week.

Dropshipping is a fulfillment method that allows you to sell products without having to hold physical inventory.

Your supplier holds it for you in their warehouse and ships items to customers as your store receives orders. It's that simple!

Yes! All you have to do is contact your supplier and ask for samples. Your store is directly connected to them for all needs and questions.
All Prebuilt Businesses are connected to vendors who ship items from the USA so your customers will receive orders within 7 to 12 business days or less.
As many as you like. We deliver each store with 20 best selling products and once it is delivered to you - you can add and remove as many products as you want.
Absolutely! If you find that you do not like the vendors we have set up for you - just choose a new one from the vendor portal connected to your store.

While we take the time to ensure that we only add reputable, five star suppliers to your store with quality products - you will need to order samples from your vendor and test them out just like with any business.

You need to know what your customers are receiving when they order. If you order samples and don't like the product quality - simply find a new vendor in the portal connected to your store.

There are many ways to drive traffic to and make sales with a Prebuilt Business. You can use TikTok, Instagram and Pinterest to start driving traffic for free. You can also drive traffic with paid methods like Facebook and Instagram Ads.

A full Marketing Package is included with delivery of a Prebuilt Business to help you market your store effectively. We also offer Done For You Facebook Ads Setup and Management.
Yes! All Prebuilt Businesses are delivered with a Marketing Package containing many videos and guides to help you launch and market your store successfully.

Every store comes with lifetime support from Shopify.

You can reach out to them at any time and they can help you solve any and all issues. If you have questions for us after purchase, please email so that we can assist you. Email response time is 1 to 2 business days (weekends and holidays excluded).

Absolutely. You change the brand name, logo, products, design and anything else that you would like.

If you purchased a Prebuilt Business and would like to change your niche choice, it must be 24-48 after purchasing. If 24-48 hours have passed since your order was placed, there will be a $150 fee for our team to start over with a new niche and products.

Once your store has been completed we will send an email to the email address that you provided at check out with instructions to set up a Shopify staff account. Once you have done that (which takes less than 5 minutes) we can then transfer ownership of your store to you.

Once the staff account invite is sent out - you have 7 days to setup your account. If not completed in 7 days, the email link will expire so please be sure to complete setup of your staff account as soon as possible.
